Ultraflex BIOflex

BIOflex® FL is a 15 oz. matte finish, strong, indoor/outdoor, front-lit, biodegradable banner/billboard material for UV, solvent, latex or screen-printing. Very similar in all around performance to Ultima® Supreme, BIOflex has one major difference; in landfill conditions (darkness, high heat, moisture and lack of oxygen), it attracts microbes that break down the PVC within 3 to 5 years. BIOflex contains no toxic materials and is tear, fade and fungus resistant. Widths range from 54” -196”.

Star Media Recycled PCF Matte Presentation Paper is a 120gsm paper for use with water-based dye and pigmented inkjet printers.  Made of 100% post consumer fiber.  Perfect for CAD applications and final plots, technical illustrations, presentations, advertising and promotional prints and posters.  Contains no optical brighteners or chlorine.  Recommended for use with Bio-Degradable PSA laminate.
BLOX-Lite 10mil

Star Media BLOX-Lite is a 100% opaque, two-sided banner media alternative, available in 10 and 14 mil thicknesses. It is compatible with latex and UV curable ink printers, and its blockout properties allow it to be double-side printed with no image show through. BLOX-Lite is suitable for use as an environmentally-conscious replacement for indoor PVC banners.

Bio-Degradable PSA Textured Laminate

Star Media Bio-Degradable PSA Textured Laminate is a 6.6mil over-laminating film with a pebble textured satin finish. The scuff-resistant, pebble textured finish makes this laminating film suitable for graphics where extensive handling may be involved.
Eco-Mount Adhesive

Star Media Eco-Mount Adhesive is an economical, clear, carrier-free, permanent mounting adhesive. By eliminating the carrier this mounting adhesive becomes environmentally degradeable and recyclable, yet performs as well as more traditional adhesives. Eco-Mount is recommended for use with flexible substrates, pre-coating board or in combination with Eco-Board to reduce the impact graphics have on the environment.
